Mr. Ith Sokha

HRAC – official name – was  first conceived from the group of like-minded professional on Saturday, 27th Sep 2014 as a think tank to pin point criticality of HR’s contribution to development and to set a footprint of HR standardization in Cambodia. Through extensive engagement and motivation from the founding team, HRAC has been successfully registered as an Association with Ministry of Interior in 2015 on Monday 05th May 2015 (Official launch on 20th July 2015).
