MEMBERSHIP
This guideline is to provide clear and comprehensive information on becoming a member of the Human Resource Association of Cambodia (HRAC).
Corporate/Institutional Membership
Open to companies, NGOs, and institutions that prioritize HR development and wish to actively engage their HR team in HRAC activities.
1. Must be a legally registered entry in Cambodia.
2. May nominate 3 to 10 HR representatives, depending on the fee structure.
3. Must designate a primary contact person for official communication with HRAC.
Individual Membership
Designed for HR professionals-including HR Managers, Officers, Recruiters, Trainer, Consultants, and Freelances-who are involved in or have a strong interest in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Department (HRD), industrial relations, or organization development.
1. Minimum of one year of professional experience in HR or related academic background.
2. Endorsement by a current HRAC member or submission of a detailed CV.
